1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Judging by the community I think Asseto is going to have a more mature audience. Not to say everyone will be perfect but I see it being better than Pcars, but not as good as iRacing for obvious reasons.

    Forza < pCars < AC < iRacing

    Also, if I do find any of you in game and I do crash into you, it'll most probably be due to my ineptitude rather than intentional ramming :D

    +1 and the worse, the ones complaining about one or other feature the update was missing, that will ruin the game for everybody.
    They aren´t only needy, they also know what is better for everyone. :rolleyes:

    Yeah, well, I guess we are all upset about the delay and such, and I was kinda pissed off because it was "ready" last week, but then I started thinking again and changed my mind. They probably had it working last week, but spent this whole week trying to improve it, and eventually bugs came up.

    I had unfinished stuff to do, and I would only do on Monday because of AC, but now I am doing it. I guess next week will have less work for me, so delaying was a good thing for me lol

    People seem to forget we're still in early access phase where bugs like this do happen. This is not 1.0. And so far, Kunos has a great track record for delivering great updates. They never disappoint.

    I am looking at it as if what if it was released and it broke and nothing worked, imagine the storm that would arise from that. Would i have loved to have had multiplayer now... Definitely would i want to risk a game crashing bug to the point where the game is possibly not playable... No, so im fine with a delay (and thats what early access or beta testing is about) , which from the looks on twitter sounds like they may have found the issue already. Also an hour ago they updated assetto corsa on steam db. So a little more testing and hopefully we will all be racing soon enough.
