The sad part is that I learned a new skillset that is 100% useless in real life, although quite useful for gaming & I have gratitude with all that experience.

Well, pace aside I think more importantly he's implying that sim-driving is wrong vs real life and anything you gain here is useless... To which I beg to differ, we can do another hotlap challenge, but IRL if he wants

 

Holy **** that would be great. A few months after we would likely get the funniest real life setup guide ever made.

 

Although it seem somehow fascinating based on your post history, which point out placebo & your opinion is also show some placebo.

Seem very generic by trying to prove something(start to be toxic? maybe...). Just insert some telemetry data & end with it. There some individual that did those on blogs & according to the data, it look more placebo than actually helping.

There's so many topic about improving the handling of sim racing that it contradict strongly your claim.

 

I dont think that word means what you think it means.

And hell no sims arent perfect, I've had my share of complaints. But the general idea behind going fast is the same thing as in real life. I dont get in my car thinking "oh, I need to remember not to do this and that", same when I drive in a sim. I just drive.

And telemetry doesnt mean jack **** without context, visual support and actually understanding wtf you're looking at. People rely on that far too much

 

Offering challenge just because you disagree is toxic. There's no point to do it. Kind of look like insidesimracing drama thing.
