Generic Xbox One Launch Issue

Can confirm issue has been resolved! Can now join & create online lobbies again, all is good!

 

Are you able to outline what the cause of the problem was?

Tried it last night and all seems good again. Let's hope it was a one off glitch of some sort. Some information as to it's cause would be welcomed though.

 

So I can't believe this is happening I work hard all week and look forward to playing the game online Friday night tonight September 1st. The last two times I played its work fine now it says the same thing as before "no servers found!" Please tell me I missing something. I'm just going to just stick with project cars if this keeps up because I hate being let down I'm excited to play the game and then I'm let down again. I don't want to be negative but man! So am I missing something or is there another problem with servers again? Please let me know

 

Servers were just a few last evening and a lot with a high ping. But didn't had the 'no servers found' issue.

 

I got the crash back to dashboard thing tonight. I tried two hard resets and AC still wouldn't launch. I didn't do the sign out thing to see if that would work. Is this the same issue that it had before when it would not launch?

 

Getting the same issue now again, game crashes back to dashboard. To be honest i was patient and gave them the benefit of the doubt on a lot of stuff, but christ this is painful stuff. Once PC2 comes out this place will be like a ghost town. I think its fair to say goodbye AC on console.

 

I can't get on either. Crashes back to main screen.

 

Launches fine offline, but crashes when online.

 

It's really such a shame that this is happening once again. I was concerned that it would not be a one-off problem when there were my requests for an update about what actually caused it were ignored. This is such a brilliant game\sim when it works but having these problems make it very difficult to use it for league play. I hope they can get to the bottom of it and also to let us know what the cause is.

 

Still not working for me.... what a waste of my hard-earned dollar! I'll be hesitant to ever buy anything from Kunos again.

 

If this is going to happen every time MS does an update, then maybe Kunos should ask for advanced notice of a pending update and plan accordingly to handle the end result. Instead of being caught off guard and letting users bear the brunt of the circumstances.

 

It pains me to say this but I was right all along. I got slated for saying this game would never be right.
12 months on and the thing won't even launch anymore? Is this just rewards for all these people's loyalty and patience? Absolutely astonishing state of affairs.
