1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

This is a couple of years old but still worth a look:

Managed to cut about 35 seconds off my previous best lap, but was surprised to see that I didn't improve on any personal best section times.

Better to be lucky than good. Don't know how there was no crash on the Mountain on my first lap. Second lap is a bit smoother. Not sure how I got to 17m08 a few weeks ago.

It's been a tough summer on the roads. A multiple bike accident at the Southern 100 has claimed James Cowton's life and left Ivan Lintin in intensive care. :(

I've joined a Hotlap group on MotoGP 18; very similar to the WHL that we have here on this forum. They are looking for new players, particularly on xbox1 but it is open to all platforms.

It's run through the app Kik and the group is MotoGP videogame. The current challenge is Brno, everyone to use pro physics.

This is my current effort. 60th on the world leaderboard and 2nd fastest Aprilia.

If anyone fancies it feel free to stop by. Like I say they are looking for new blood.

I'm more than slightly ambivalent about this lap. It was a clean lap that felt fast and I felt certain that when I crossed the line I would've achieved my goal of a sub 18 minute time. Alas it was not to be, but at least I have a new personal best.[IMG]

Finally under 17 minutes with the 600. It wasn't even a clean lap; I went over Ballaugh Bridge too fast and fell off when landing.

The section between Rhencullen and Ballaugh is my favourite bit of track in all the games I have.

I finally broke the 18 minute mark on the Mountain Corse. Unfortunately I had to use a SuperBike to do it.

Now I understand why 9 out of the 10 top Superbike times are set using the Suter. This thing accelerates like it's strapped to a Saturn V booster. An asset that can make up for a multitude of riding sins.[IMG]

Didn't read the whole thread but the best game by far is GP Bikes for road racing and MX Bikes if you're into dirt. I wish they'd manage to finally fully release the game, especially for console, but it is cheap to play right now and has a ton of mods and tracks done by players. Even Nordschleife.
