1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    I was so looking forward to the update tomorrow (Xbox user) but now it's just disappointment yet again. The game has been out now for over 12 weeks, we have received 1 update iwhich hasn't fully sorted the stuttering problem out. I suppose it's all microsofts fault again.

    All i really want form the xbox version apart from the Porsches is to be able to be able to save my setups.

    Having to have a little book with them written in and enter them from scratch everyone I load up AC is beginning to drag a little!

    I'm sorry, but I've to say I'm disappointed with the content of the new patch:

    -no mention about custom controls
    -no mention about tyre wear indicator (already implemented in PC version)
    -no mention about the issue with the headset audio (audio stuttering when official Sony headset is plugged). I hope the new audio improvements sort this issue...
    -no mention about the FPS stuttering when you hit with another car (and damage indicator appears)
    -no mention about leaderboards!!! I still can't believe a sim game with no leaderboards...
    -no mention about private lobbies (we know they will include in 2017, will be alive the game then?)
    -no mention about customizable hud
    -no mention about advanced wheel settings
    -no mention about online slow collision issue (we hope it will be sorted with "new network protocol" mention)

    The game development is being very very slow... I hope Kunos develop all these improvements soon, otherwise the game will die (online is a disaster now). It's a pity because I love the game, and I've been waiting for a proper sim on console since Race Pro (Xbox 360), another great sim game, but full of bugs and with an horrible post release support...

    I'm not asking for new features, the features are already implemented all of them on PC version. Obviously I'm not a programmer, but if these feature are already implemented in PC version, i don't know what is the reason Kunos don't add for console version...

    I am eager for the update as well. I am hoping that some issues were addressed, just not mentioned.
    The AI is on my list. In some races, they are fine. In others, they are aggressive and make no adjustment to a collision. They smash you, and continue on with no problem. You get sent spinning off track.

    I'm happy enough to wait for the Xbox patch. I have a backlog of games to work through. im sure it will release soon enough then there will be something new for people to complain about;)

    biggest thing still needed is advanced wheel options more field of view and seating options , good to see constant updates looking forward to driving some nice porsches

    Porsche Pack is out on PlayStation store for 6'99€... but i buyed in August the season pass... and the Porsche Pack one isn't included.... do you Kunos guys don't talk with Sony or is it beginning to become a bad joke??

    Hopefully during the day it's fixed and can download the pack, because i don't gonna pay 7€ more after paid 30€ back in August for the season pass...

    The night that the Japanese pack landed, once i opened the session in the store, the price changed to "free" .and got to download it (and yes,I've got season pass since day one)
    Thing that don't happend with PP1.

    So hopefully it will be fixed during the day

    Well some missing features and a little frame rate drop is not enough to classify the game as 'broken'. I works just fine to me, as I play it a lot. Your frustration is understandable, as I'm also on Xbox and I also wanted to have the update. But it's good to know it's coming in a few days, anyway. I only hope people will get happier with that, but I'm a little sceptical. Maybe people will never have enough and will never get tired of complaining - their favourite sport, it seems.

    I'm completely gutted as well, but I don't think they are trying to pull anything over on us. The patch must've failed the certification process, so waiting a bit longer for a patch that will work properly, and hopefully resolve many of the larger issues is no problem for me. Back to some F1 2016 while I await my precious 917/30.

    Agree, i just bought the Porsche pack 1 on PS4 and it's not showing up in the game, like you are saying, it will show up in-game after the update tomorrow :).

    kunos aint trying to pull anything... the update likely failed certification due to a bug or an issue that was missed by the devs. It will get fixed and the update will be released a little later its not the end of the world....
