Yeah update looks good. Got only one problem with my t300 now. The degrees of rotation changes of the weel every time I restart a track and car, way too short. Anybody an idea?

We've had reports that the Porsche Pack Vol. 1 DLC isn't downloading for free, for those who own the PS4 Season Pass. We are investigating!

 

Well up to the 1.09 update!

Great work Kunos! i must admit!
Nice global car view before hitting track like on PC.
Sounds improved and seems fixed.
Hud tyre app and acceleration, brake and clutch bar indicators great addition!
Good 6 new botton presets on controller with ability to accel & brake with right joystick!
On wheel new button mapping for the hybrid system!
Damage model seems more sensitive now, and that's great!
Will keep trying the update this afternoon, but great impressions for the moment!

Shame us Xbox users just have to look at your images in wonder.

 

And Kunos has changed the fuel indicator too. Much better now!!! It's easier to check the fuel now...

 

But they lowered the speed from 96km/h to 0km/h.

 

First impressions on the PS4 Pro are hugely positive, a big step forward.

?? Is there an issue with PS4 online because I can see the empty server list and get ping speeds but when I attempt to connect loading freezes at 0% and "Disconnected server error" appears ??

+ The switchable onscreen HUD to include the tyre temps and lap delta is a much needed improvement.
+ Framerate is super smooth even when up close with 11 other cars, no slowdown or slow corner stuttering experienced so far.
+ Additional controller buttons but - because I'd still like to be able to assign the controls myself.
+ Handling/steering feedback and feel remain excellent and the control pad is a match for Forza which is the highest praise I can give.

PSVR Cinema Mode
+ Looks fabulous and plays smoothly, really adds to the experience being able to make the image real life size. Looks good for a full PSVR version of the game (hint hint).

Multiplayer
- We still need those private lobbies and access to adjust settings to really make he most of all the improvements, just to keep the praise in perspective.

Overall a big enough improvement to warrant the £25 for the season pass. Good job.

Oh and I hope the Xbox version is ready soon too.

 

I like the patch too and i think also is it a good step forward.

Unfordently i have sound stuttering in some places. I try out the Panamera Event on the Nordschleife. The first stuttering is on the Start/Finish straight line. Another one under the small bridge and the last i heard was between the fence left and right. Sorry i dont know the names of the sections but i upload pictures. The same sound stuttering i had in the M4 Event on the Nürburgring short (GT). But here is it only on the Start/Finish straight line. I play on a 5.1 setting and my audio settings on PS4 are HDMI Out/ Bitstream Dolby.







Another thing i noticed the Sun is sometimes to bright. As example i try out the P1 Event on Spa and if you drive up the Eau Rouge the Sun is very bright for a moment. Filter: Sport



More i could not try but so far i'm happy.

 

Myself and at least one other I know have had to manually reset the DOR in the wheel itself, through and back to 1080, then it all worked as normal again. Before I used 900 but that seems off now. I think the patch has created an issue with the DOR but try this fix and let us know if it works.

Stick in there buddy. I am in the same 'disappointment' boat but will keep on paddling away as I love the sim so much. It does always seem to be the Xbox side of the fence that gets the delays and who knows why but I just know that this thing is worth the extra wait and we'll be competing in that hotlap challenge in sync with our PS4 and PC buddies real soon

Thanks Kunos , been waiting so long to get this update, looks good but one major problem for me

I've just done the update, and tried the Panamera Turbo - I can not change the view, it is stuck on outside from above.

I'm using a T300RS wheel TH8A and T3PA pro pedals - I see that the SE button is showing on screen as the view button, but that goes to Share when pressed, the button used previously to change view does nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

If you use the preset one then is the L3 Button to change the views.

Thats what I'm pressing - but it goes to share, on preset 1 and 2

 

L3 is on the wheel base not the wheel, the picture in the game is wrong!

I'm on xbox and it saves fine. Well as soon as I realised that pressing save twice makes it save. Give a try.
