a lot A LOT can be done in one month especially as the final deadline closes in. We have all at one point in our lives left something to the last minute and crammed as much as possible in with a small amount of time left, same story here.

 

With a release in April, Kunos is likely cramming to get everything in for submission. That can take a month if they don't get bounced. So they are likely 100% focused on the console title.

They could release the PC build at the same time as the submission build, this would give them a lot more exposure to catch bugs they could include in a resubmission or day 1 patch.

Of course, the last couple of weeks could be console specific items like peripheral support, online, achievements, etc. and this could create a delay in PC as they refactor the PC build.

even if they share source, it's still very likely they are separate projects. The UI and online is one example of a difference they will maintain separately.

 

I would have thought it's clear by now that these guys work their asses off for us, the userbase, I'm a bit sick to see people who have been on this forum for more than a year still question Kunos' productivity and dedication to this game...
The patch will come out when it's ready, most likely alongside the console release, if it comes early then good, but if it doesn't, it's not the end of the world, stop making it seem like it is .

Then I might be mistaken, but it sure feels that people start blaming Kunos for not doing enough each time a patch is somehow postponed, or in this case, the launch of the console version.I know that the vast majority is very enthusiastic and they only express that by being impacient, it's normal after all, but there are some users here who have been a part of this community that overdo this (I will not name them, there's quite a few actually), they constantly demand things and are always dissatisfied by Kunos' work, or their work process, I can't even make up what they're disappointed about to be quite honest.Which leads me to something else, people demand things, okey, that's understandable, they can direct that to the developers and let them decide, but what point is there in posting them here? There are specific request/support forums that I am sure the developers read much more often than this thread, that is where the community's input comes to life, anything else done here is just ranting .(which I am guilty of by making this post).
@Lawndart: To clarify, my initial post wasn't directed to you, even if it succeeded it, it covered what I've seen in the last few pages .

 

Word, and it´s surely NOT why we are here after all, eager for the next update and the next and the next and the next. Well, speaking for my self maybe

I've always suspected Marco was simply a tuna salad. Makes too much sense.

 

I would love this! But it's a little odd to pick this car out of the host of other GT500/300 cars... It's in that zone of too old to be currently competitive, yet to new to be a classic or nod to its heritage.

A street 350z would be great, though it's the only street I would request as I prefer the race cars.

Well, we're getting the 370Z Nismo, so there's that, I actually like how the beefed up Nismo looks, although the 350Z is an instant classic, the normal 370Z, not so much...

 

350z is pretty great, 370z is a fat version of its father. The nismo version does do justice to its appearance though.

 

I've taken a 350z on a short drive. Fun to drive, good power, felt good. Styling on the other hand...

Older zeds are so much better looking.
