1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    note install all first

    start trinus then steam vr then in the system tray is the vive icon right click it and select patch select the acs.exe icon and it sould work.

    please share how you got it working in pcars please

    Ah...thats what I did but as said AC will not launch for me grrrr !!!

    PCars is much simpler:

    Start Trinus
    Start SteamVR
    Select PCars in VR section
    Play and enjoy...but not nearly as much as AC !!!

    Hi Bob

    Could you please confirm how you connect up your PSVR please?

    I follow what it shows on Trinus and connect USB from break out box to PC and the HDMI from breakout box to PC graphic card.

    Do you connect the old Trinus way i.e. Connecting to PS4 and PC for ReVive to work.

    I tried the aforementioned method and all great except the display in the headset looked very wrong. Is this due to not connecting via PS4?

    Thanks pal, I have had it up and running and certainly nice to be able to experience it, however the lack of 3D depth is disappointing. Unless I am doing something wrong I will now wait until Trinus is capable of emulating this.

    The 3d part is up to Sony they are working on releasing it on pc then we will get 3d audio and all movements now we can only look around once we have the drivers we can move up and down tilt left and right forward and backwards

    It would be cool if you could use the VR headset for Track IR. I'm not sure how much that would demand of the PS4, but certainly not as much as full VR.

    I must admit that I got PCars on PS4 first and spent hours messing around with setups including Jack's. I wanted to just try out PCars in VR so I have not bothered going this far with it and I got fed up with stuttering through headset as I turned my head...my machine is not really built for gaming!

    Hi ! Just buy dirt psvr ... So for those Who say AC will never be psvr cause of the power of the ps4 system i got to say : it's a joke ! I have a regular ps4( not a pro !) and Dirt is running smooth, and fast ... The graphism is good, and the game is much more fun and realist than it ever be ! And do not tell me that Dirt is an arcade race game ! So i guess that kunos doesn't have any excuses left to do it with AC .., or just they don't want to do it !

    Mmm you will surely know that in Dirt Rally they downed down effects like the dirt trail in the mirrors or that you only have half car...
    It's not the same having only your car on track than 16....
    Even in Rally cross there's only 6 cars..
    And Dirt Rally runs on the old EGO 3.0 engine used in PS3/Xbox360.

    It's also the only game that actually achieved full 60fps on the standard PS4.

    Other devs (SMS) was asked about project cars compatibility with PSVR, and the answer was no..
    Then they been asked for Project C.A.R.S 2 and the answer is that for the moment it doesn't arrive on the minimum standards they have... They will keep trying, but don't promise that there will be compatibility with PSVR...

    And Kunos said the same... PSVR doesnt arrive at the minimum standards they want...

    And even a first party game as GT Sport will only offer a VR mode with selected cars and tracks...Not The full game...

    So there's sure a very limited amount of performance with The console /PSVR..

    Enjoy DIRT Rally! The only thing i don't like about is that the VR compatibility on PC came with a FREE update before the last summer... And on PS4 you have to pay 13€...
