I added 0.5 rumours to my rear camber on the gtr 2018 and went 2 tenths faster on the nurburgring

 

Hope we start to hear some news on what the next step is, last week of Q1 starts now.

 

The fact that they haven't responded here and the roadmap still states Q1 on the web site tells me that they are still working towards meeting a Q1 release of some sort. That doesn't mean they will but that's how I read it.

 

They got an extension on article 50 until mid April or May, depending on how it goes

 

I think they will try to be ready for the start of the Blancpain series 2019 :

Any info by developers about the plans for the game?

 

Yes, full game will be released on march 27th at 6 pm. There is a huge thread about it in the news section. Also Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Whatsapp, Snapchat, Google Play, Spotify, Netflix, Amazon Video and Tinder....

Releasing 1.0 really means nothing as we all well know kunos keeps working on their games , and i really cannot see all the things they need fixing done in a month or so . I think content wise they will probably hit the deadline (except for the new aston mclaren and zandvoort).

 

Not completely sure if it means nothing at all. Full release should have at least basic functionalities working well and all the promised content. It's important for one single reason. Reviews. People will wait much longer or will not touch it at all if reviews say that game didn't deliver or delivered half broken product. That's only my opinion and i love the game even with it's current state.

 

We're not getting the new McLaren in the DLC though. We're getting Zandvoot and the new Aston like you said, as well as the new Porsche and evo versions of the Audi, Lamborghini and Honda.

 

2019 stuff has no public deadline anyway afaik.
They always said Q1 for V1 (of course I expect a small delay of some sort) and 2019 content to come later as a free DLC - no date was ever given.

 

Zandvoort is the track I‘m looking forward the most!

 

Whats happened with the 720 then?

 

I think there will be one more major release before 1.0 but it wont be called 0.7 no that's to embarrassing , they will call it 6.8 , and it will contain all the MP functionality , changeable weather functionality , modified /updated interfaces and the little things that people keep complaining are not in the game , but once added hardly ever gets used, like wet weather and night racing. Alas no additional cars or tracks. 6.8 will be a total success and word will get around , and then everyone will start buying the game , And all the people who purchased the game in EA will become really smug and say things like 'I told you so'. The blancpain season will start and everyone will want a copy ACC. so by the end of April Kunos will have no choice but to release Version 1.0. (without the menu fix for VR) . So it def the end of April - May.

 

Right now it doesn't look like any Blancpain team will be running it in 2019, though I would imagine it could still end up at Spa.

 

There is not a Mclaren 720s entry yet, no team is running the car in Blancpain, but we might get some teams from other series join for Spa 24 hours, but we have no idea yet, I would expect McLaren would want to get the car in the biggest GT3 race in the world, would be a shame if not.

 

If they rush the 1.0 and it´s not ready, ACC will have lot of bad press and that´s not good.

It´s better a bit of delay but have a more solid launch, for everybody, DEVS and Players.

 

But all games released need work, I say they go for it and of course update/hotfix as needed. But I'm ready to see 1.o in upper right corner or wherever it is as I'm not at rig right now
