1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    together with the moving wheelchair the whole system is "alive"... :confused::(
    today, after 2 1/2 years, *cough*cough*,:rolleyes:
    i fixed this:p

    Excited to say, I'm off for an "AMG Driving Experience" at Brooklands tomorrow. Will hopefully not write off one of their Mercs, but will try and should have some pics and vid to share.

    The SLS seems a good way to warm up. I already feel sorry for the guy due to sit next to me.:D

    I have come to the conclusion that this car is not good enough for my advanced driving skills.

    It’s really hard to keep traction. I am leaving at least .5 sec ( for me) on one of the right hand bends but can’t replicate my miracle getting round the first corner without crashing without being .8 sec behind by the time the first bridge arrives..
    it’s a trade off so I have to accept this is the best I can do as a 1 off..

    Had a lot of fun trying though.

    I did the AMG experience today. Suffice to say, I'm glad it was a freebie!

    It was an hour with 30-40% of the time spent waiting to get onto the track, skip pan, or brake test area.
    I also got stuck behind a numpty on the high speed handling track so had to dawdle for 2 out of the 3 laps on that...
    It was just enough to make you feel a bit ham-fisted! 15mins more of everything would give one time to perfect the various things. I didn't manage to scare the instructor, I tried. I would of had to pile straight into the barriers to even get a flicker! Poor chap, on his 5th go already by 10.30am, thinking why his racing career hadn't taken off, just sat there, bored out of his mind!
    It was a bit of fun though and I made him laugh. Eventually. At a joke, not the driving. He did say I could give Lewis H. a run for his money and I should have been an F1 driver though.....:D;)
    I got a "go-pro" vid, but haven't got editing software so I've taken screen grabs to show the "g" I pulled! The skid pan, the brake test area and the high speed handling circuit, which was treacherously slippy!
    The lateral g on the skid pan is high! The surface is as slippy as ice.
