1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Someone should get in touch and invite him to participate in the WHC for a week, reckon it would make a good video of benchmarking himself against sim racers of various abilities (no offence to anyone intended!).

    I just watched this and took it as a challenge for me personally to see what I can do against a professional coach (with myself having no racing experience, 40 minutes of race car experience in a formula 2000 on a track, and proper sim racing experience of about a year now). I just did 19 laps on default setup (I only decreased fuel load and changed tire psi). I'm at a 52.586, 51st on rsr. I still haven't hit all my mark's in one lap, but I'm fairly happy considering. Now I'll change a few things and see what I can do. I'm quite surprised I even got down to this time so even if I cant improve anymore I think I held up quite well against someone well established in racing (or at least I think he is..I dont know anything about him lol). I cant be the only guy who tried this out after watching this...am I? Sorry for semi-hijacking the thread!

    I pulled the trigger fella's..."black friday" clubsport v3 pedal with brake performance kit is ordered. I was waiting to see if there would be a deal on these and lucky me, a very good deal. Just about $90 savings on this deal. I cant wait for them to come in!

    The right name for this Car is the Porsche Titanic;) I'm glad we have at the Nürburgring only the Nurburg castle at the top but no Icebergs on the track. It drives like a big vessel but...its a lot of fun:)

    I saw this video a few days ago because I follow this guys channel. He's videos are really informative and it's always fun to watch him. But he's ptetty new into SimRacing and for that he's really fast. It's normal that at the moment he can't beat Andys time because of the lack of experience in SimRacing but it shows how good sims are today.... that a guy with a lot of real life experience is so fast on a sim even he's new into that world:)

    A few days ago Heusinkveld posted a video which is now on RaceDepartement to watch about LeMans 1955 in a comic version and the tragic accident behind it. It's a shorter film and IMO a must watch even tough it was the sadest and most tragic race ever:( I really don't be the type of guy who like to watch crashes but in comic version its bearable:)
