1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    First time in the Ferrari 312/67.
    So took 5 laps overall with basically stock setup, which is from the video below: Lap time 1:52:735. Took another lap and it was 1:52:131, so improvements are possible.

    Your management of the car out of Borgo S.L. though, blows that idea away.;)

    Knowing the car, how you judged that correction with such precision, astride the kerb, diff kicking like a mule, is quite incredible!:D

    I can fully support @HandyAndy1962 and @Totall Wrytoff words about the Ferrari, it handles nicely with stock setting and you feel confident on track right from the start. Very similar to the Escort in terms of slip angle and turn in. Was much more fun than expected. :) Psi I set to 20 front and 18 back.

    @sissydriver So I must check out a few vids surely. They are usually just so long :D

    I was using the throttle too much to start with.
    Less is more.
    Especially through 2/3 and 3/4.
    You need to just wait for the car a bit, rather than trying to hammer it through.

    off topic:
    Today was the last race of the World sim Series GT3 event (round 8) at Nords Endurance. I have reported of the terrible organisation several times. In addition several races I got really unlucky with crashes etc.. While I attended only 7 races, I could still win 2nd position in the series anyway (400€ price). So qualy showed again why the organisation is PURE joke. The last event was at Nordschleife Endurance. Qualy time is set to 15min, so you have one timed qualy lap. But the sever simply switched to race after exactly 15 min - no one could manage to get one qualy run. Everyone was like wtf ?? Still - no restart!!! Can you imagine that. I was last in the order while everyone fighting with me for the championship was 1-4 or so. So, yeah f***. Thanks for that. So I knew I had a terrific race pace, so I gave it all I got.
    After 2 laps I was down to 3rd, shortly after I was on 2nd. Gap to leader 18 seconds with 5 laps to go. I caught up with the leader (Jakub Charkot - one of the best Polish racers) and got him in the last lap and the last corner to win the race - so from last to first. WHAT a victory despite all the bul***** in this series. Sadly I am missing 1 point to 2nd in the championship overall. But considering all the bad luck and having one race less I am satisfied with the result (250€ price) overall, as I knew it would have been much better if things went more fair in this series. Congrats to Jakub for 1st overall.
