1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    How to take part -
    Hot lap: To enter, select Drive > Hotlap, choose the BMW M4
    Please setup the session using the settings below:

    You can run as many laps as you like and update your times as often as you like, it’s simple All Platforms are welcome, it is all about having fun and enjoying Assetto Corsa.

    To submit a time, pause the game and select 'session' from the menu and screenshot this page or take a photo of your screen and post it in this thread - Note all the information from the screen is required including temperature, mode heading and of course the car being used! Please post video clips and share information in here as well, but without the session screen your time will not be included (placing the session screen in a video clip is acceptable).

    I did half a lap with the stock setup except I turned off tc and reduced the fuel level. Then I tweaked the setup to what you see above (or attached for downloads). This was my first lap and only lap so far. I'm not sure if the tire psi is correct yet, and the setup might still need some work. I've decided its a good idea to post my progress along the way to my pb. Time to spam this thread with improvements lol.

    We tried this online last night. After the fun with the Escorts ;)

    Straight in, blind with stock set up.

    Two or three five lap races with a few random guests.

    I got to high 1:06

    LG a bit faster in his Rommelmobile and Fred low 5s.

    The worst thing was, someone put a vote up to kick Fred.

    You can’t kick Fred.

    When I find out who did it there’ll be murder on the dance floor. Socially distanced of course.

    Haha! This weeks WHC made interesting racing!

    There was an LH / MV type moment..., referred to now as a "racing incident." :D.
    Good news was I stayed on track and as ever, the lobby organiser always has right of way.

    In fact the kicker and I are now "Friends" so thanks for offering to do the wet work @moodyryder , we will see him again on track!

    I couldn't get into any rhythm with the Porsche last week, this week is much more my cup of tea. Despite the clunky diff.

    On the 1st lap the racing line is just damp, but stepping out of the racing line means ultra slippery track. As you race around the track, all that moisture outside racing line migrates to the racing line. Finally, during the last laps the track gets little by little drier. At least that's my reading of this ACC WHC.

    Used wet preset setup, just lowered fuel to 20 liters. Tire pressures looked good for me.[​IMG][​IMG]
