1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

I'm an okay racer, but I would like to get in to more of a competitive scene even if I'm by far last every time. I would love to find a week day/weekend race at night "*US eastern.*

    Thank you.

Est is eastern standard time. United States.

It would be cool to have a list of people who are excepting people for leagues and the time they race.

  5. Hehe, I am in an eastern standard time zone as well, and I'm in Australia ;)

Best think is to google + look at the public servers in AC, filter for your country and leagues will usually have their name or website in the server title.

VSCR runs on Sundays- we race at 11 AM EST. Every other week we run AC/rF2, we do races from 1 hour up to 3 hours. Our upcoming Grobnik race is going to be around 2 hours.

Right now in AC we're running the United Sportscar mod, but we've run all sorts of other cars too. Check out our forum and join up

When I was searching for racing leagues a few years ago I found (from Google search) a group of V8 Supercar leagues here in Australia that were aligned with general gaming sites. What I discovered was that the most popular real world racing series also was the most popular online racing series ie V8s in Australia. I would expect that oval racing, stock cars, NASCAR etc would be most popular in US. Therefore, the sites to look for are probably running those cars. Currently these are in RF1 and increasingly RF2. However, once you find a couple of websites and forums for those series you may find they are experimenting with AC while the AC mods for those leagues are developed. That gives you the opening to get involved with the AC side of those leagues.

I registered on the V8 forums and played around with RF1 and NetKar until AC multiplayer was released. Most of the V8 sites are still running RF1 here however.

Do a google search "ACRL Reddit". They have a GT3-series and a GTE-series, which features GT3 and GT2 cars. Both series' are driven in EU and in NA, on separate servers. The seasons are now at about halfpoint, but you could probably join in regardless. I joined the GT3 series after the season was already 2 races in.

Just did a search for it and I'm going to have to sign up on reddit for sure to get in on this. Looks very well organized! Are sign-ups still open? Need to decide if I can do Sunday which I should since it's early in that season. Only missing the first race.

The banner above the threads, where it says "League", is where you can the sign-up sheets. At least is says right now that sign-up is open. You can also try to contact one of the moderators for more info.

Yes, indeed Reddit's ACRL is very well organized, the racing is competitive and most importantly clean and fun. I have participated in three races and all of them have been really good fun :)

Thanks fit the help. Heading to go get signed up now. Think I'm going to start slow and go off the deep end and join the gte league. It has a few weeks off in between races to allow me to get used to league racing.
