Dreampack 3 official car list

Apart from the strong focus on GT3 (which obviously catches a lot of people), AC seems to build on a broad and quite balanced variety of content. Most of the users have different preferences. Some love street cars, others love GT3, some love vintage cars....... and others love the variety. It seems to be a bit pointless to wish for another strategy again and again. It would always be wrong from someone's perspective.

So... as for me: I'm just happy to get well made new toys.

 

Yeah i'm pretty happy with the variety, some days all I want is a road car to be silly in, others I put my serious hat on and get in a race car.

A random button would be nice for the days when I just can't decide...

 

Give all cars a number and use random nummer generator. If the cars have s1 etc you choose 1 for stock version and 2 for the upgraded and let it decide between 1 and 2.
The game have 69 cars+the upgraded ones.

 

The thread title should have a "?". I thouhgt, reading the thread title, that it was a confirmation thread about the dream pack 3 cars.

 

I have no interest in any of those cars, but I really want the track. You haven't made anything drift related since the game released, at least make a drift version of the escort please. Just give it 55 degree + of steering angle and a selection of street and street '90s tyres should be enough to have some drift fun with.

I used to own a Ford Escort! Last time I drove one in a simulator was Rally Trophy. My favorite car in that title.

cars don't interest me either one single bit
except for the abarth racecar
maybe there will pop up more leagues now with this one
the rest will get a quick look at in the showroom but ll remain there
most interesting cars to me were the free ones: gt86 and yellowbird
most of the rest doesn't even get me lukewarm

but i love the attention to detail from ks
their kickass physics and that's why I will instabuy this pack as well
oh yeah: and the track will be EPIC!!!

You want them to release Nordschleife in every dreampack? No dreampack dlc can have the same content list, I think that's quite obvious. But you don't have to start making fun of the preferences of others. Just out of curiosity, which would be your dream content for this #3 dlc?

See the pic of the boring bunch of cars from the last so call dream pack.
I paid for it but I won't drive any of them.
The only thing of value there is the GT3 car to fill out a race grid.

 

I'm starting to think you don't know well which cars you'd really love for a dreampack. And then think about the next two dreampacks of cars you'd also really love. We will see if is easy to find them and if is easy to please everyone else too. But it also depends on the costs of such car/track licenses. For example for tracks they can't go out of Europe, would be too expensive, they said so. I think Brands Hatch is quite known by motorsport fans; many of the great and popular European tracks are already in the game (just take a look at the list of already available in game/dlc and think which else from Europe would suit as dreampack track).

 

I know what I would want and I know what I would pay for.
People want old and new cars and iconic tracks.
No they can't please us all, but that's life.

 

Well yes the first Dream Pack was really a big bang with the Nords, in order to repeat that for new packs they should enter some new domain like some great hillclimb package (laser-scanned Pike's Peak!), or another super-long track (targa Florio? Isle of Man?) or a great long road (Lake Louise?), or a complete racing series. I guess in this case the console release project is forcing them to just add new cars and tracks, plus of course they try to cater to as many people as possible. I agree that 1 track + cars doesn't sound like smoking hot to the average Joe, but the quality of the stuff published makes up for it. Dream Pack 2 has the RUF Rt12 which I love, the Countach which I love too, and I just discovered that driving the Ferrari 458 Italia on the Circuit de Catalunya is super fun, just fantastic.
My expectations this time are all set on the netcode instead.. being an expat in Asia I usually have pings between 200 and 400 on US-EU-AUS servers .
And damn it's the second time a dream pack comes out right before i'm leaving on a trip!
