Generic Prestige edition from game uk

Did anyone else pre order from them? I recieved my copy today for the Xbox one. But I received no codes or nothing about the prestige edition.

 

I pre ordered the Prestige Pack edition from Game UK.
The Prestige Pack DLC code for the 9 cars was on a square piece of paper inside the box.

 

Does your game box say prestige edition in a black stripe at the top?
I got my copy as well but they sent the normal version by mistake.
Had to go to the store, but because they had no stock I was refunded and a new copy will be sent by mail.
Just go to a store with the receipt that came inside and they will sort you out. Or call customer support if you can't go to a store.

Yeah but on the actual case, below the XBox wording at the top, there should be a black rectangle with prestige edition written on it.
If you don't have that then it's the normal version.
Quite annoying as I won't be able to try the game until Monday (doubt it will come tomorrow).

 

Plain box aswell sent them a email. I'll see what they get back to me with if not I'll pop in to a store next time I get a min. Thanks for the replies

They didn't give me that option.

 

They rejected my VISA card THREE times the last couple of days. Got so fed up with it I bought the normal version from the XBox Store (with the same VISA and without a problem...) since I think loading times are a bit faster straight from the XBox's HD than compared to the BD drive. And I think I will be in it for a very long run so I don't want the Assetto disk permanently in my drive, I play blue ray movies quite often too.

Let's just hope that entire Prestige DLC will become available in the future because there are a LOT of what I consider VERY iconic cars in it. Would be a big disappointment if it would never even be possible to get those 9 cars with the digital download.
