1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    1. - When you have done your lap go to the pits, and choose the last tab with all the info

    2. - Press F12, the default hotkey for take a screenshot on steam, and you will notice in your bottom right corner a little preview (with a beep sound) that shows it.
    3. - Exit form AC , or press Alt+Tab and put your game on background, and open Steam
    4. - Go to the "Library"

    5. - Select on the left AC, scroll down with your mouse and click on "View screenshot library"

    6. - A new tab will be open, click on "Show on disk"

    7. - You are now in the folder where all your screens are saved, and copy the screen that you needs on the desktop for an easy use
    8. - Go on google, write "postimage" and click on the first result
    9. - When the site is open set the resolution on 1024x768

    10. - After that click on "choose image", and select from the desktop your screen
    11. - In few seconds the site will upload your image, and some link will be showed; select with your mouse the link placed on the fifth row, "forum preview" (like mine), right click and copy
    12. - Go to the thread on forum, and simply paste it on your post

    When clicking on it it's ok but still no big clear picture , any way many ways to found a solution and I found one already was just a little try out thanks .

    For me 1024x768 is big enough to see the time with no problem, i use preview on forum for don't load to much the thread, anyway set it to 1280x1024 when upload the image, probably is better with bigger monitor, the primary thing is that is visible for graveltrap when checking the time

    How how how Graveltrap Graveltrap ....
    On another race sim site I just reed that with a paddels shifter you are faster than with a H shifter on the older cars .
    I thought that this was the other way around because as with a H shifter you can go immediately from 4 to 2 gear for example , with a paddel shifter you must go through all the gear first before you come to second gear .

    PS Graveltrap .... don't place my laptime in the list this evening , in this way I don't want to compete thank you that's not fair against those who use H shifter (I don't have one)

    I will try to drive slower :D

    Whatever. Keep it real with the h pattern gearbox. It might be slightly slower, but you know that you really deserved the laptime you did fighting with heel and toe :cool: :)

    Not sure if serious...When we have used a H-pattern car in the past a person with a h-pattern shifter has won I believe.

    I really wouldn't worry about it anyways!

    i have an idea, why not setup a multiplayer server for this, so that there's more people around to chat with and there is the auto leader board generated by the server, plus this by default will prevent any cheats.

    i imagine you can setup a server that's basically in qualifying mode forever?
