1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

So, I decided to review the Concours entries, but having spotted that only three people had voted at the time that TW put together his post above, I decided to make it even easier for us all to check out the entries with direct links to each entry... :D
Obvs, this should be considered my own entry to the Concours :p

(And of course, it's probably going to break now anyway cos of too many links or something!)

EDIT: I just spotted that Hugo's entry had snuck under the radar cos he sneakily ;) posted it at the same time as a WHC150 entry; it's now added to the list below at #11, though without the scintillating description that TW would have given it of course, hehe.

Entries to the WHC 150 Concours d'Elegance
    1. Mike Reynolds - The menacing RSR GT mod GT-N Ferruccio 36 V8 (with Heusinkveld Sequential Shifter) hanging it out in the dark at Road Atlanta
    2. V8_KB - The scream of an Eaton Supercharger from the brutal Ford Mustang Boss 302 HPE650 at Laguna Seca.
    3. Leif – A quali lap during a race! LeiF drives the TPC Sim Racing liveried Ford Escort RS 1600 around Goodwood Circuit like his trousers are on fire.
    4. Sissydriver - Treading gingerly on icy roads in the gorgeous Porsche 911 Singer around the Hargasser Loop at Aspertsham.
    5. ivann_11 - A beautiful still of $3.5 million dollar 1957 Porsche 718 RSK showing hard use – the most expensive car so far and also, a cunning word play on the title of the competition.
    6. Andy-R – The extraordinary Voisin C6 from 1923, with propeller to pump the engine coolant, showing some style, crossed up and declutched around Goodwood.
    7. Totall Wrytoff – In the radically overpowered for its chassis Shelby Cobra - Heeling and toeing in a race of legends around Zandvoort – arguably the best entry so far, but no one has looked at it! Yet.
    8. Rod100 – A touching showcase and tribute to his favourite car, the Alfa Romeo 155 V6 Ti. Shown off in an artistic and contemporarily accurate still of the car exiting the final corner of the Nurburgring, with supporting personal memorabilia.
    9. moodyryder – A thoughtful comparison, showing the excellence of a sim racing game versus arcade level alternatives, with three Jenson-Button-smooth, back to back laps of Barcelona GP in the Pagani Zonda R
    10. pretend racer – A furiously smokin’ lap around Magione in the wild Mercedes AMG SLS, demonstrating an unrelenting lack of mechanical sympathy and psychopathic intent to destroy all rubber – to us that is poetry, set to beautiful music.
    11. Hugo Catarino – 'a mix of vintage/modern elegance: the 16 cars from both groups that i think are the best looking in a 2 lap race around Zandvoort'

And my Concours d'Elegance vote goes to: Totall Wrytoff
...cos I had the biggest grin watching that lap (and listening to that amazing engine sound)! :D:D

Some really great entries by the way, folks!

All of the Concours entries are deserving, and despite the fact that the Alfa has a special place in my heart, I lean towards Mike Reynolds' entry. Road Atlanta is a gem of a track in North America and Petite LeMans is always a must see race. To see this car lap at night ticks all the boxes.
