If it's the 98T, could we please get a free throttle pedal travel range extender included with the update. 1200bhp minimum sounds a bit crazy considering how the Exos S1 handles its power with only 750 bhp. you have the ball, Kunos. Make it happen.

 

I feel for the developers, there is a lot to do. AI isn't bad, but it's still far from complete the cars seem too unwilling to pass you, plus maybe at least an agression slider is a very important addition. MP is still in Alpha, loads of work to do there with web connectivity issues server bugs and new options need, hack exploits, really needs a kick/ban option. Bugs in tracks like the invisible wall at Vallelunga short circuit and the stil broken Monza 66 banked track. Plus there have been no new cars for like weeks and no new tracks for even longer. No damage, no career etc too there's a lot to do. Do you get each part just perfect or do you move around, trying to upgrade everything?

The developers have set themselves an unenviable task especially in the time frame they are trying to do things, personally I happy just to see progress, although I'd love a new circuit or car to play with. Although a tip for anyone waiting is to download the Snoopy Nordschiefe 0.5 if you haven't already, the level of refinement is very high and it's not too far off a Kunos standard. Some of the other add-on tracks are still at an early stage though.

 

I think people had better get used to no more content...because we've almost got it all at this point. I think in the anticipation for "moar!", people are forgetting 2 things:

1. How much we already have (including the numerous mod tracks)
2. How small AC was planned on being originally

As of now, we lack Trento, one Silverstone variant, career, dev tools, a Lotus or two, the F458 GT2, and the Senna powered 98T. That's not much! Like everyone else, I'll always enjoy the bi-weekly updates, but really...

 

Is the '66 Moza oval broken? I've not tried it, was it working before?

Yea joke was in bad taste sorry was just playing on words used earlier in the thread, maybe not the best choice.

 

I heard it was something to do with timing on the lap, they got it working in RF but I guess there is nothing stopping people going to the wrong part of track. In RF if you cross to the wrong track on the shortcut I think it just DQ's the time but havent run it much lately so really cant remember. I found it real boring in most cars actually as its 4 min or longer lap with 3 brake points the rest easy full throttle so not my preffered track by a long way.

 

I don't think the level of refinement is anywhere near kunos tracks. I get a weird world shaking bug on any of the unofficial tracks I've tried. It's in the official tracks too but it's OTT on modded tracks. The tracks feel very angular, they don't feel like a bumpy road to me, it feels like big chunks of polygons, the tracks also have weird blur effects over 10-15 metres from the car.

I can have fun on the unofficial tracks but they feel very much like last generation tracks in comparison to kunos laser scanned tracks.

What's left is pretty major though, La Ferrari, the lotus, Spa and trento are highly anticipated, it might be the case though that they want to hold off what's left for the final release.
