Online there are too many cheats and offline ai ram all the time.

This is a great game apart from two things. Online is too easy to cheat with a trainer and offline is useless while the ai are out to hit and ram all the time. It leaves just hot lapping thats kind of boring after a while.

 

What AI strength are you using that they are running you over?

If the AI are too fast for you at 98% why don't you lower then down to 85% or so? And how do the trainers bypass the checksum?

 

never did see any kind of cheaters online tbh. as michael said, if the server is properly configured there is till this moment not any program known for passing the checksum.

 

ai are too slow at 98% and every time i overtake them they ram me from behind at NeXT turn. Trainers have nothing to do with check sum. Its a seperate program that runs in the background that gives you a speed boost that is hard to see.

 

any video on this? Because it atm just seems like somebody made a better setup than you with more straight line speed.

 

Its just like counterstrike where you run a wall hack trainer in the background and you see through the walls. This is just a speed hack trainer that runs in the backround the same way.

 

I had great race with the AI today 10 laps with dtm's on zandvoort very clean. Also I have never seen a single cheater in assetto corsa since I have it and play online. You speak nonsenses.

 

I want to see a video of your driving against the AI.

 

Wake up sunshine. Ive never played an online game where people dont cheat in some way or another. Some ai cars seem to be better than others but as soon as you get rammed and damaged race is over.

 

Did you run a Trainer like this?

 

Try racing an audi r8 at Barcelona gp with random start at 98% ai. If you start from front its a lot easier but if you start at the back or midfield then its hopeless.

 

Im not gonna pay to download a cheat, NO WAY!

Word of advice; check your attitude at the door or you won't be around very long. And starting one thread that covers two completely different issues is also a no-go.

If you can set up your trainer and can document it working in a properly configured server than that info will be helpful to the devs to combat future use of said trainer. If you can document somebody else using a trainer that would be helpful. Simply yelling to whoever is listening that you think people are cheating is not helping anything, in fact it is actually hurting things because a dev might actually waste their time reading this.

 

Trainers tend to work pretty well from testing in other games. I dont think this game is steam vac protected.
