1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Bob , Tonydoc and myself had a party on spa with this monster (since online servers were down on xbox)
    It was a blast to hear Tony beat my 1.55.689 with his 1.55.290 then 30 minutes later to hear his disappointment when I got my 1.55.140
    And also bobs battle with eclipsee as it was unfolding was entertaining.
    Absolutely enjoyed the extra competing feel it has when u hear the struggle as it happens.
    Thanks for the fun hotlapping guys

    This car is like a drug, I mean at the end of a fast lap my heart is beating like crazy ,my hands are shaking, I'm smiling like a dumb, oh man I'm a junkie (and I like it)...:D
    Every other car feel like soulless now, but that's ok I'll keep this one.

    I tried your setup, couldn't go through the raidillon :confused: Just a question if you don't mind : why your riding height is different on rear left and rear right?

    Very little steering required through Eau Rouge and Raidillon, I guess you found out what happens when you put too much on ;) It is also more than capable of misbehaving elsewhere as well :oops:

    Slight improvement. 1:55.794. PS4. A couple of clicks of front wing is the only difference to Bobs 3rd setup. I think I have run out of talent with this setup, I may experiment with high downforce tomorrow, as GT has.

    Well we are 40 again, it's been a little while! Podium positions have been hard fought, 24 hour left to find out! New PB's have been set but progress does seem to be slowing...

    Next week, Porsche DLC again is the current plan, something from the more classic end of the spectrum BUT the BTCC is kicking of at Brands Hatch Indy so a bit of touring car action could be a distinct possibility!

    Well there's another Second.
    I used bobs 3rd setup with different gearing and lower preload and more aero front n back and it seemed to work.
    I will probly try it once more if time allows.

    back behind my steering wheel .

    Let me ask a quick question from you fast guys down in like the 1:53's and lower.

    Do you guys feel this car slipping and sliding into turns, almost drifting sideways and you have to catch it to straighten it out? Or having to tap the brakes to try and settle it down a little before you can get back on the power?

    Or is it tracking smoothly through the turns and you're not having to put a lot of steering input into it to get a quick time?
