1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    yeah i know him for many mods ecc, but can't believe 2 seconds on the 2nd sector compared to player like eclipse or others here with a pad and a quick try, and don't know if between 1.12 and 1.13 update there was some change; maybe i am wrong but these low temp on leaderboard IMO are a cancer making the pro rank useless, and from my point of view the leaderboard need to force the hotlap condition with same setting for everyone; but i don't want to be offtopic now, these are things for the rsr thread, and now i need to shave off some time with that beast, i hope :D

    So another very busy day at the track, this combo seems to have caught a fair few people's attention judging from the large number of people posting faster times :cool: The top end gets shaken up, OriginalR6kid sticks in a 51.5 to take the lead!     Decent banker lap to work on (especially considering I was initially happy getting sub 2 minute laps). Can feel an addiction coming on with this combo, definitely another two seconds there for me if I can put it all together. Just hope i get more time to put in some laps before Sunday evening

    What do the values for the gears represent? Like the final ratio is 2. Is that like 2 clicks from the left or right or something like that?

    Using HavanaBob's 3rd setup. It doesn't snap around at Les Combes anymore but it still has massive understeer. If I could get this car to turn it more sharply I know there's probably another 2 to 3 seconds to come off of it. Again entry speed into Pouhon is only 120MPH or less and I have to start turning the wheel further back than other onboads I've seen.

    Haha :) Thanks a lot, mate. I just really like this weeks combo. Bob and eclipsee setups helped a lot, but something just clicked and it's one of the greatest combos we had in WHC.

    Hopefully improvement is to come :)

    Exactly, it does that, VALUE=2 means two clicks from the left, VALUE=5 means five clicks from the left and so on, bear in mind that for some odd reason [INTERNAL_GEAR_2] is the first gear, [INTERNAL_GEAR_3] is the second gear and so on.

    Anyway, here are the car settings in a pic, the weren't 8 screenshots but 12 :eek:
