1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    I like that combo! Never drove the P1 before I'm more the F1 guy and the last time I drove Brands Hatch was as toca touring car challenge was the game to play

    Forgot how cool Brands Hatch is. Pretty challenging!

    Improvement: 1:25.792 PC, RSR Pro settings.

    Still losing a few tenths overall from *my* perfect lap based on my deltas.

    Other combos I've felt I can't make up any more time so gave up, on this one I know it's there from my delta times but can't put it all together on one lap.

    Interesting, possibly.

    EDIT: realised that data on my screenshot isn't my lap but the one above I think. Should I take another screenshot or is the fact my lap has P by it enough to confirm it was 26deg?

    New car for me the P1 but what’s confusing me is I know that DRS disables itself when you brake but on this car it goes off after a second or two, even when I’m not braking.
    Is that normal?

    It’s not good is it mate. I’m the same at the moment, after half hour at the most I have to have a break for a few hours otherwise I’m stuck lay on the floor for the rest of the day.

    In the early 60s my late father won a club race weekend and got fastest time of the day in his mini cooper 1275 . It was pouring with rain and the big sports cars could't use their power. The huge Cup sat on the mantlepiece at home as I grew up, but it was stolen in a buglary.
    He came along to my first track day, at this circuit, mid 90s in a Renault Clio 16v. I went off sideways into the gravel at Hawthornes on the first lap, he had decided to stay in the pits until I'd got a feel for the circuit!
    This is a rubbish time though, suffering understeer everywhere.

    This car is really interesting but IMO you need to think to much:)
    Turn No.4 is so hard to hit correctly, especially with this car the bump after the turn is really tricky because of the cars huge power.

    @iannixxenakis i'm a stranger to RSR actually,so i have no ideia what that "P" means.If you ask it's proof enough then i belive it's somewhat related to temp, so i take your laptime in consideration.But more attention in the future please (this,coming from a guy that messes up other people's laptimes a bit more than sometimes :D)

    I just lowered fuel load (enough for about four laps) and managed tyre pressures with Sidekick (e.g. front left seems to need a much lower pressure than any other tyre for some reason).

    I don't think I changed anything else.

    Would be interested to know it anyone else did (I'm pretty useless at car setups).

    Feeling rusty as hell ;) :p Screenie is at the end of the clip, hopefully that is still allowed!

    I didn’t later the MGU Recovery setting as I believe that is locked on PC? Console base is 50%

    Settings, small tyre pressure adjustment, to even out the pressures, max front camber and reduced fuel load of 5l.

    If you are looking for something extra for these things, I would suggest going hardcore and using other tyres than the fastest available, HR Road in this case, which may wake up some of the fast guys, it would require a second screenie from the console players to prove tyres (tyre temp hud open and same time displayed).

    Yes I did think about it a long long time ago ;)

    Improved my time using stock set up instead of fiddling and I changed the colour of the car to yellow. It seems much faster than the red one. I was 7/10ths up on this time too but fluffled it at Stirlings.
    Good to see you back Graveltrap, "rusty as hell" with a 1:24!!
