1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Maybe it was moved elsewhere but I did try to find it elsewhere but couldn't.

    I was quite shocked to see such a bad feedback and would like to see if anyone disputes that or supports that. But I can't find it now. I'm not at home but really couldn't wait to try out new patch myself.

    Are you talking about the free car #2? I don't know I only heard about their promise of free car every month but never really try to know when the first free car was released. I just don't care. They can do whatever they want and there will always be logic.

    I can't read the text from that screenshot, it's too small and pixelated.

    I do have some sympathy though, I've seen similar things happen to other dev's that have attempted to have a two way relationship with the punters. It works when you have a tiny fan base, GSCE is an example, but as your user base grows then the dev baiting professional trolls always move in. Watch what happens in here when the console version ships...

    I wonder how AC will play on console since pCars apparently had to be dumbed down because of consoles. If it will be good, I guess we have the answer of pCars tire physics being so much more complicated and Aris got it all wrong.

    Its pretty sad to see hes answers to some people. A lot of them arent even trolls but he got a attitude that isnt deserved too for many. I dont know whats worse, hes answers or people who like them.

    I feel the same. I was about to buy the DLC because i was curious but seeing him acting like a child and being the worse troll on the forum i changed my mind. Someone will probably quote this and tell me that I doesnt matter but tbh, im a customer as much as everyone else and im feeling sick of reading hes posts.

    plus some of his posts are jokes, but when taken out of context they look like serious insults

    and I could easily make a screenshot from yesterday here on AC Facebook thread, post it on pcars forums and start a thread that AC devs only accept good feedback and feedback about AC, .. so you can see that if you want you can start exactly same hate threads everywhere

    if you are decent in the way you state your negative criticism towards pcars, you can say what ever you want,
    only if you are trolling , keep repeating same thing over and over, then they will ask you to leave
