1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Well, the console updates so far haven't been that great so it really does not require that much to be the best update so far. The private lobbies alone make it easily the best update they have produced.. Let's hope there are also many more improvements, change log would be nice.. :)

    It doesn't matter, anyone can see that the chances of this landing before the end of April are negligible. The only thing that bothers me is that Kunos should be more realistic with everyone.

    If it comes in May so be it, as others have said let's hope it is a 'major' update. As we still have no change log, which Kunos previously stated they hoped to share I should imagine not everything has been finalised for the patch. Looks like private lobbies are causing more of a headache than Kunos anticipated.

    All things said I am still loving what there is of the game.

    So, just to be sure I understand this correctly: The update that was supposed to be submitted an March is still not even ready for submission midway through April?
    I appreciate the info, but this is one of the most eagerly anticipated update yet. Private lobbies, new track and bonus cars (at least I hope) and steam got it two months ago.
    Why is Kunos having so much difficulty adapting code to consoles?
    And I'm not being a bitter britches. I just do not understand the hold up.

    First of all, Thank you Kunos and 505, because you are retuned among us. I've just writed of a hypothetical rejection of their update by Sony or Microsoft. Now I really think that after March submission and the consequential rejection, Kunos has re-submitted a new revised and corrected hypothetical update. It can happen, dear friends. I really hope anyway that Kunos can maintains the given word in order not to aggravate their global reputation.

    @AC_CM505 will this patch contain the fix for the bug I reported in the bug report thread?

    I logged a ticket but haven't received communication from 505games, not even an acknowledgement of receipt.

    The bug is the "Pro Driver" trophy not unlocking after finishing the career 100% and with 58 Gold Medals
