1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Really enjoy the F138, very chuckable car. Did a 1.10.4 with a mistake at the A1 ring. A1 ring is fantastic, I last played it on EA championship 99-'02 I think, easy track to remember of course but T3 and T8 are extremely tricky. Had a go in the Aventador too...After the F1 it's laughably slow at everything, but with a 488 GT3 on track, the car is REALLY fast. I was matching the 2 guys in the 488 GT3's. Mindblowing. Noise it makes is rather good too!

    Going to race the 488 GT3 tomorrow.

    Did one of the Kunos cats get a song bird stuck in the engine or one of the air ducts of the 488? :D:confused:

    When ... Driving at high speed, brake, downshift.. and something starts 'tweeting' with a rather high pitch.

    I actually don't mind, at most 'curious why the sound occurs & what it is? Overall, really enjoying 1.7 & the Red pack. :)

    No it isn't. You have to map the DRS to one button of your wheel/controller. DRS can be used only in preset DRS zones. using the Electronics app while on track, you will see a grey DRS icon when DRS is disabled, it will turn green when you enter a DRS zone and it will turn yellow when you actually use it.
    To stop using DRS you can: press brake pedal OR press DRS button again if you are still in the DRS zone.

    You have to activate it in DRS zones, at least on Red Bull ring. Best way is to bring up the electronics app, it goes green when DRS is available and yellow when DRS is active.

    You can download the whole races from 2015 onboard by Google a bit, really difficult to find onboard laps from the 250f I would rather say :D

    You can really feel the torque from the ERS in the SF15. It's easy to understand why the drivers have asked for longer throw gas pedals so they can modulate the available power more accurately.

    The F138 i can cope with and the SF15-T, I get my six handed to me on a plate, to much overload for me.
    Dang the AI are fast.:eek:

    the Maserati 250f 12cyl is a sly old one which has made this old man smile, prefer this one to the 6cyl.

    Just reading this now. I'm not the biggest modern F1 fan so I started with the old Maseratis:Great fun! Iceracing:)
    A nice car to practice under and oversteer if you're not familiar with it.
    Tried the 488 as well. Delicious.

    Tonight I'm going to try the F1 cars though not my favourites, and the Maserati GT.
