I sense a lot of over reaction happening lately.....

You can never please everyone, you could make a perfect game there would always be someone that complains.

This thread went on pages and pages because lot of people have opinion on it, sure some are screaming and shouting loudly just begging for devs angry response.

The first response to OP post was "no plans"

If it was few sentences longer and we might look at it sometime down the road etc....lot of people would accept the fact and move on.

I appreciate that you guys even post here but sometimes I wish you didn't respond to everything it makes you guys look like Ian Bell.

That's my take on it.

 

Assetto Corsa is turning us all into hot blooded Italians. They'll need to put a warning on the box, "Caution: May cause an over abundance of passion".

It's not a sim unless it comes in a box.

 

If they can't accept the fact that it's never happening there's not much point calling it a suggestion, it's just a demand.

 

Same thing was said about 64bit.

Things can change.

From what I can recall devs have come through a lot of times from community suggestions.

I am not saying they will do everything that is asked but the fact they read a lot of posts on this forum is good example.

I don't think the 64 bit discussion ever descended to "if you don't add it, I'm never playing sequels" or "if you don't think it improves the game, you're stupid". Or hell, "it's easy so do it now"

 

Would be nice and a booklet filled with italian swearing and gestures in all dialects. Mendatory to understand the culture, people and to drive proper when beeing in italy.

Proper swearing is art there (some places).

 

My mother was Italian and I could swear fluently in the language before I went to school.

And I was 6 years old before I realized a wooden spoon was actually for stirring food.

 

The Italians have flair with their swearing, very entertaining. Obviously as a Yorkshireman I'm proud of our bluntness when cursing, but have to hand the World Championsip to the French.
No-one swears with as much poetry and beauty as the French.

 

Not what i saw. People praise 1.3 . Negative comments should be a tiny minority.

There are some issues , as always will be because of the chaotic pc behavior ( including mine which doesn't like 1.3.1 and 1.3.2 at all ) but i know in the end that you will fix this as you always did.

I appreciate the very high quality that AC has, but I am disappointed in the public relations skills on the forums. Belittling the users is never good, even if they are jerks to the developers. Just don't belittle the users. Instead of replying to a thread with a short and cold remark, tell us something like, "no, there are no current plans and we are not really up for discussing it right now, but carry on talking among yourselves. Just know that developers will not be contributing to this thread or responding to questions."

there are too many arcade-like(read " fake")people in the world already!!!! Mind you, this is a SIM platform......
definition: Simulation is the imitation of the operation of a real-world process or system over time.
If you have the illusion that the only thing simulated here is the game, you are wrong.
The devs are simulated very well too! They are just like real people!!!!
Personally i love the new 1.3 human interaction physics update of the Kunos devs! It's much more like real life now!
Finally it's like they really are a bunch of Italian guys who take great pride in their longtime passion of creating the best sim ever and working their butts off to do so, and will get mad if you cross them (and i think they have quite thick skin already)
Just like the new tyre model....you just have to get used to it...it may feel "more slippery and less grippy for you" but the new human interaction update is more realistic then ever!
