1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    by this I think ill stay at 15 !

    I also only get the 95% CPU warning when im hosting off the desk top .. as a client I haven't seen the warning !
    maybe my PC needs to eat it 'sWheaties !

    When you say "Graphics performance improvements" do you mean that in general ALL the graphic was speed up or only a specific element (Post processing - anisotropic filter - reflections...)?

    Closing Steam client, rebooting the pc and restarting the procedere can be helpful. The Steam client has some issues from time to time. I doubt that there is a regulation set by the Steam stuff regarding slow connection speeds customers are using. But it's just an assumption of me.

    We had a problem with a race hosted on our dedicated server last night, quad core @ 2.4Ghz / Windors Server 2008 / 100Mpbs upload, where a short time in to practice cars started to jump around all over the place. In the air, either side of the the track. Even in the pits when the server moved on to qualifying you could see the little green arrows dancing around all over the screen. We restarted the server and all was well in the world. I did reduce the CLIENT_SEND_INTERVAL_HZ to 10 but with only 10 drivers and an upload speed of 100Mbps that shouldn't have been an issue.

    This CPU warning on the server, where would I see that? Is it a dialog that needs me to cancel it or just something that scrolls through the AC server's output Window? Does AC log it in a file anywhere? Either way I've not seen this on the server but I see Task Manager shows the AC process eats 100% of one core even when the server is in booking mode!

    Have you got flow control set to 0 as well? With client send = 10, you shouldn't be seeing a problem.

    This bugs me for days now. UFOs everywhere, unplayable for me. Completly destroying MP on most servers I'm playing on. Hope Kunos fixes this ASAP!

    This was the first time we had experienced this problem and we've been running races now for several weeks. I wasn't aware of the other thread until just now so we were using the recommended setting of 1 for the flow control. We still were after the restart.

    While the cars were all teleporting all over the place I did remotely connect with the server, it was using about 2% of the network bandwidth according to Task Manager.

    I wonder if this part of this thread can be merged with the other thread specifically talking about this issue?
