1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

One last go,took me 6 laps to get this one, then spent 30 mins constantly getting to within thousands of it!
    A 1.36:6/7 was there,i just couldn't tie the sectors together:mad:

I compared our laps again, your losing almost all of the difference in one corner (T5.) If your still going and read this in time, point it to the inside earlier and get on the power earlier for good speed out of 5.

Thanks for the tip Andy, no chance to improve now. I did screw up T5, missed the apex and had to get out of the power to try and get the nose back on track, I was amazed the ghost didn't come sailing past me because of that, my previous PB had took that corner so much better.

Thanks again to everyone that gets involved in these threads, the nature of this track really lead to some properly close battles. Whats the score with the 2nd and 3rd split times of the guy in 5th place?

I switched from a G27 with GTEye moded pedals to my current TX setup.

I use the ricmotech adapter to connect the G27 pedals to the TX base which gives you the increased resolution on the pedals on the Xbox one.

I'll get around to buying T3PA pedals at some point so I can sell my complete G27. I had kept it as I was hoping that the G27 might get PS4/ GT Sport support but don't think that will ever happen now the new Logitech wheels are out.

I think it's a problem with an earlier version of RSR and/or AC where the split times were measured in different places on the track. I'm no expert though so there could be another reason.

Quick question! Does the tighter coiled part of the spring go to the bottom? Some guy on YouTube has it at the top near the foot and has left the rubber block in which I thought was the whole point of the new spring.

  17. MakaveliA7X

    MakaveliA7X Hardcore Simmer

    Ya that's wrong.
I have the gteye brake mod and I put the tighter at bottom and no rubber block.
They say u can put in the block for stiffer feel but it feels good without it

You don't want the rubber block, there's plenty of resistance without it and you don't get that hard stop. Technically it shouldn't actually matter which way up you put the spring as, either way, you'll still get increasing resistance as you depress the pedal further. Saying that, I put the tighter coils at the bottom :)

Hi Marty Can you remember how long it took for your spring to be delivered from France?

I ordered it late Thursday night and it was delivered the following Friday week so just about a week with a weekend in the middle :)
