1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    You might want to give eclipsee's setup a try. Didn't look at his entire setup, but it was much more wing than mine. That should help you out with the stability and understeer.

    Wow. Might have to use someone's setup here just to even think of a low-mid 2:00 time. I did get a 2:09.887 (stock setup), but am just too drained and especially infuriated to even xfer the screenshot here. Can't quite figure this car out at all. Dunno how you guys do it! Even with the videos and input here it all comes out as wizardry to me... haha

    Have a look at HavanaBoB's setup, then go from there. F1 cars from that era were hard work. Do you have much experience with F1 cars in general in games? If not, that may be the problem. They are are a serious rush, and need very careful handling with throttle and brakes. My advice isn't the best, but it's a start, I'm eight seconds off the best with my one and only try. Feed the power in gently and don't brake too aggressively, I keep saying the same thing to myself :) You'll do it mate, just don't punch the throttle out of every corner, because that will turn you around.

    I wish Kunos could make a single car settings data page like the current live car data, it's not that hard, instead if we want to share our car settings with other users from other platforms we have to take 8 screenshots, and it's a pain in the arse, honestly.

    Thanks! I'll check it out later on. All I know is this challenge really exposed two of my weaknesses in quick-shifting (with H-pattern) and pedal control. Work to be done there especially. Maybe I should put the smaller steering wheel that came with the T300 back on too. But I figured I'd get bonus seconds for having a steering wheel whose brand matches that of the car in game! :)

    I'm sure I can get in the 1:55's I'm Getting to the 2nd delta thing at 1:25 7.. now but seem to panick and mess up on the last chicane.
    Also confused what to do about adding more rear wing because I find it helps overall but then I lose top speed on the straights.
    Definitely my fav combo so far.

    I've copied your setting and I've transcripted it on PS4, let's say the only reason I kept trying to stay on the road without spinning like crazy has been that I know who you are. Apart gears that are like cripted (I used mine with full 6 gears) in the file and a few smaller things like engine limiter that has different parameters from console, and little missing we have like brake pressure, the main setting of you on ps4 is 'undrivable' to humans, no way to not spin. That said I downgraded the front wing untill I've been able to not spin and a few little adjustment due to different brake system (full power), engine limiter (10)and the set is a blast. I was nearly drunk when I did some laps driving like kyle bush and very unpolished driving, but final time was not bad. I love your set up, I really can't understand how you can figure out things like those.. in a short time.. and not engineers around.. crazy
