1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Finally found a decent speed and lap, lowering the gamma and a bit the filter in controller setting and i find the right sensitivity for this kind of car that need a lot of countersteering and fast wheel correction :eek:

    We'll done to the podium winners, insane skills as usual. Thanks @Graveltrap for all the work you have put into running these events. Anyone keen to pick up the Baton for the community and keep us all organised and informed?

    I'm thinking GT86 at Black Cat County Short or Brands Hatch Indy, just looking at tracks and cars that have been used so far. Prefer to not do Nords again so soon. Best to run something in Hotlap mode.

    The easiest way I found of making the new OP was to quote the existing OP then edit the text, don't forget to remove the quote tags from the start and end.

    You can see the BB code by clicking the page with a spanner icon when making a post (top right).

    I used a excel spread sheet to compile the leaderboard then copy paste to make a post. I used the list BB code so I didn't have to bother about numbers which made moving people about easy. I can probably make a blank sheet and attach it later in the day (toy car racing beckons for me today as it is a holiday here in the UK).

    Yes it gives you 30% less throw (I think it was 30% or as near as )

    I've driven a lot around there using the escort, twin cam, and GT-R

    Don't think the GT-R has been used in the WHC, at least not since i got involved. Quick lap and you can do some amazing slides with power oversteer, foot full to the floor and you can still revcover it fairly easy

    Yes I also installed that Ricmotech ring about two months ago. Especially for racers like you who race in a 'higher league' that last 0,xx seconds can make the difference. Then this adapter definitely helps!
