1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    .... Changed it now, also noted incorrect fp session length so I'll do that tomorrow instead for all events.

    I did a couple of polls to gauge general interest in the league and what preferred day/time would people like and Sunday/8pm was the clear winner.

    I knew day/time wouldn't suit some, but going with the popular choice gives the league the best chance of success. :)

    What is the recommanded max ping to join? I'm from Montreal, in Canada, and I'm super glad that races are on sunday, because other wise it is impossible to fit into my shedule, but I'm scared my ping could be a little high and I really don't want to be a problem for anybody.

    Last time I went to one of your server, I had like 200/250ms, is that acceptable for you?

    I wouldn’t trust the pings you see in the server browser seems they are a showing up higher than they actually are. Try searching for one server by name and see what ping you get then.

    I have raced with people from Canada and the USA for ages in AC and never had a problem. In fact ACC seems to handle dodgy ping better than AC!

    What is the time standard for the league? Is it BST (British Summer Time (GMT+1)), or GMT? The race time for next week's pre-season qualifier appears to be GMT. I just want to be sure I am not an hour late (or an hour early). Thanks.....and thank you for organizing this.

    All times are BST unless stated.

    Length of the pqs event ingame may change due to the fact that the session resets once someone leaves, so to save results the session has to *end*, therefore it may be one hour sessions instead of one 24hr one unless we gets hotfixes/updates that fix that before it starts.

    Will update the op to reflect this nearer the event once we know. :)

    Are there still any places left and do you accept pad users? I race clean and I'm generally fast (usually managed to set top 150-200 times in special events). Would love to own a wheel (used to) but don't have space for it in my flat. Buying a new property soon so will finally have space for one :)
