1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Think I’m gonna like this challenge if only for the pure fun of it.
    As a Nords virgin I thought I should first try and learn the track in an easier car before going for any hotlaps in 312t.
    I think I might have found my favourite combo -
    Ferrari F138 on Nords. wow !!

    Since i played a lot of rFactor 2 in the past weeks and months i'm a bit out of Assetto Corsa, but here is my first try. Nowhere near a clean lap (ignore my 180 at the end, my brain must have failed there for a moment ... shame on me!!!). Setup feels ok, except for the Karussell. Really hard to keep the car in it. But the most important thing: It's really, really fun to drive! Much better than all those 1980s+ ground effect formula 1 cars.

    frustratingly fun combo. I have done more retries on this combo than any other...

    I switched the tires to softs, and upped the psi to 24 all around, changed the gearing so the top speed was 319km/h (8/36), 15l of fuel, engine limiter to 105, everything else is stock.

    I changed the engine limiter to 106, 13l of fuel, and changed 5th gear so the top speed was 337kmh.

    I think my top speed was slower with the taller final gear...

    Hi carrot,

    I bought a TMX about 10 monthes ago when i first got into simracing on xbox, i can say its a good wheel for the price but it does feel a bit plasticky. I upgraded to a TX about 2 monthes ago and the difference is night and day, honestly the extra few quid is more than worth it. TMX FFB feels very notchy in comparison to silky smooth TX. The TX also comes with better stock pedals than the TMX aswell.


    This is where i got mine, great deal only 50 odd pound more expensive than tmx.

    I have done some research about this car...the real live lap time from Niki Lauda 1976 was 6:58.6xx but in a 312 T2!
    I think when I'm not wrong the Ferrari 312 T2 from 1976 was the car he had an accident on the Nordschleife at the nowadays so called LaudaLinks.

    You can't really compare the lap times, there was a short loop in the 1970's where the current GP track is. The pits where located on this extra piece we do not have...
