1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    The straight on the right in this picture was roughly where the start/finish straight of the new circuit is now. Niki Lauda's time included this section which we don't have in AC. It was still in use upto the early '80s until the work on the new circuit began.

    Stefan Bellof's record lap in the Porsche 956 was on the layout we have.

    Hi rUudD thanks for the information. I was looking at that one too, so maybe stretch the budget then if it's better overall. Rather buy good one now instead of changing later on.

    Where do you guys hold your images? I used to use Photobucket but they've changed their policy and now charge a ridiculous amount for sharing your pictures so can no longer use them and Google photos don't seem to work here properly.

    after some time (60mins or so) you are unable to edit your post.
    right beneath the "post reply" button is a "upload a file" button.
    then you can choose tumbnail or full image.
    thats it.
    first time i struggled too but then it works perfectly.:)

    Have to say I love this car and track combo. When it comes to classic cars I have always loved the Lotus variety, especially the 49 so have tended to ignore others but this 312T is just beautiful to drive and seems to really fit well with this track. I have not adjusted the setup much from default but even so it just feels very compliant and drive-able with no unexpected or sudden surprises. Can't wait to get back to it later tonight hopefully.

    Photobucket has been crappy for a while, too many pop ups and crappy interface, it used to rock 10 years ago...

    I am using Flickr, loads of space easy to use and forum friendly (gives you pre made BB code).

    BTW, It is better to use an image hosting site for your pictures, as the forum squashes images with some really nasty compression that can make them impossible to ready!

    Thanks Don. Yes, it can be taken flat, you just have to hit the first apex right.

    I didn't like this track until it came to AC, but now it's my favorite track. It can be very frustrating to learn but when you know every corner it is awesome.

    The car is very funny to drive, it is like the incredible hulk of the gokarts XD
