1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    The last updates (F-e, Sebring, Lehmanns;), and a bit the GTs , though I dont like it’s drifting nature) made this my go to sim.
    I think when S397 releases the Ring, I have little reason to fire up AC1 again.
    Cause ACC doesn’t run on my system well, I have to wait one year to enjoy it. Only then I am in a position to do a proper pc upgrade.
    Until then, it’s rF2 for me.

    Just bought ac1, did a few laps in most cars that come with the game, bought all dlc, and felt like uninstalling.
    I swear the amount of folks I've heard talk t so highly of this game, makes me wonder what planet they are on.
    The FFB and physics are arcade at best, and the graphics, are worst than when rf2 was first released,.
    I only bought it because I want to do some drifting, but with the stock content drift versions of the cars, it's not really enjoyable, I hope I can find better cars to drift.
    Had high hopes for this title, but disappointed is an understamemt.
    Ps fired up rf2 straight after, having not played it for a couple of months, and gee wizz, it looked and felt amazing, so I guess there's one thing to be glad about my purchase of ac1, it made me appreciate rf2 even more

    The depth and fidelity of rf2 physics puts ac to shame, you can't even compare it,if you have options to add effects to the FFB, then the FFB isn't derived purely from the steering geometry and physics,

    Which sim has best physics for porsche 911 RSR ?
    AC1,RF2 or iracing?
    IMO ac1 is better than RF2 haven't tried iracing one yet.Want to hear your opinions.
