1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Server sorting (sorry matchmaking!) and quick join much improved.....AA looked better, I'm on temporal and noticed some ghosting when I got right up close but small price to make for wire fencing not shimmering and looking like it was drawn with an etchosketch (over 45's will get what I mean!)

    Yeah, I'm pretty sure. I've seen at least 20 people reporting the same thing since last Friday and never ever had a freeze during EA.
    Even people with i9 processors and 2080 cards having the issue so definitely not hardware related.
    I'll try this new beta, hopefully it'll all go well

    created shortcuts for both acc.exe and ac2-win64-shipping.exe and then added the -vr hmd=OculusHMD (after the " at the end of the 'target') to one exe, then the other exe, then both.
    Then tried adding the same parameter to the Steam launch parameters, alternating between removing the parameter from one exe to the other, and none at all except in steam

    Launching ACC (in VR) from within Oculus Home does not work, it only launches in regular mode, so not sure what I am doing wrong?
    Appreciate some help - ACC is listed (with official icon) in Oculus Home so this should not be a big issue.

    I know he's a driver and not an actor, but he could have learned these few sentences by heard instead of reading almost everything.
    But doesn't matter at all, important is that Kunos continues fixing the bugs and adding features.

    It is sort-of realistic to how the real event went in 2018. Temps and the weekend starting condition are similar and then it has variability depending on how variable the weather was that weekend. Notable quirky weekends were Misano and Hungaroring, the rest were mostly sunny with various temperatures (Zolder was quite cold for example).

    How does that work? I just started a championship to test now, and skipped all practice sessions to go to qualify just to see. But everytime I quit and load back the save its back to FP1?

    EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out. So just thanks for this update :D

    Tried career, first event. I stop at the pit zone, game tells me to stop the engine, then nothing happens, I had to reverse for it to actually start. Now the game doesn't tell you if you are too far ahead or behind anymore? Also some AI got stuck in the pits and were DQ'ed for not pitting lol.

    Still no career standings, also can't skip the Brands Hatch "test"(more like waste of time filler).

    So I guess the only thing that really changed in career, is that now you can skip the intro video and it auto saves between sessions...
