1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    That middle section. I take the left sweep flat out and drop to 4th before taking the sweep to the right.tap off for the next left sweep before dropping to 3rd for the final right sweep and drift out wide to the apex before hitting 4th. It the first corners of the new and old starts that I'm losing time. It feels like I taking them correctly but at the same time it doesn't.

    Wow so I fiddled with my controllers settings and with in 2 laps I broke the 2:02:00 mark. I had been struggling to beat my 2:02:022, but after the setting adjustment I got 2:01:237. I'm getting there as I can see I'm fast than my ghost car in some sections.

    I just did a few laps (no more than 7) but I´m feeling very uncomfortable driving this car, it suffers a huge lack of steering (In my opinion), maybe I´ve to get used to it, but it´s strange.

    Thank you Kristaps & Rigel for your settings.

    Very funny track, but with a very weird 4º turn - 2º left turn -, is complicated to do it right.

    I know what you mean above, a lot of sliding the car around I find. The setups helped, but indeed tough to get right, but after a couple of hours of practice on this track / combo I've managed to make it to mid pack :)

    I made 1:57.4, and my best with the old tyre version was 1:57.3.

    Anyway as I'm getting used to the 599xx I feel getting a impression of highgrip 458-like rather than GT car particulary on the limit, tight and sensitive turn-in and that behaves as if doing wire-running on the limit, but much more drivable. My ideal time would've been around 1:56.8 if I did all my best but mistakes are essential for now for me!

    the setups is when I download it a .ini file, the replay is an unknown file type. place the ini in you setup folder, place the replay in your replay folder. if you have a .bin file, there went something wrong with downloading, or it's still not finished downloading

    Kristaps did a 1:56:xxx and in the video it looked so effortessly, it's about time to find me nice rock where i can crawl under ...

    I made it in the "under 2 min"-club with a 1:59,733 with some room for improvement left. Getting close to my limit now though, but pretty happy with the time.

    Nice going there Rigel!

    Just watched Kristapps vid of his new best lap and it's pretty similar to my lap, although mine isn`t as smooth and there are one or two corners we take in different gears.

    I don't think i`ll try and improve my time tonight, and i`m away until Sunday after work tomorrow, so roll on Week 4 Challenge! :D
