1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Agree on braking they're good when you drive faster, you can really good position the car as you wish but first example is the first left hander under breaking, just understeers AF when accelerating and that back end sliding is just horrible and IRL very dangerous. Ferrari is more superior in handling, the car is yours, you've the full control of the car.

    Idk, maybe the frustration is speaking out of me (I say maybe), but driving this car on the Schleife you realize that the car is fast when you drive it "prompter"and how the car wants to be drive otherwise you'll get screwed.

    After this event I wound drive for a while this car again that's for sure. But I hope I can get that 45 barrier tho!!!

    I have been working late all week and haven't had much time to put in a decent lap on the ring. I see that @Snowman38 has improved his time. Good job.
    So, I gotta push my limits and jump up a spot or two.

    Absolutely living this challenge even though late on board. The Nordschleife is the ultimate challenge in any car and I could just drive it all day given the chance. In fact if Assetto had just this track and no others I would still have bought it.

    Just had another brilliantly fun run out and hope to get in one more probably tomorrow before the close. Would love to do more but New Year stuff will get in the way I think.

    Damn i must be blind :confused:, i've lost all these nice weekly hotlaps :eek:, but the green hell was a nice start and a hard challenge for the last days of the year:D; the only weird problem is my ps4 time, about ten seconds lower :confused:, probably because my pad settings on ps4 aren't perfect like on PC and i'm every time working on it, and probably on shorter circuit is less noticeable, i need to work on this.

    A little earlier than usual, sorry!

    Several new entries brings us up to 47 players, two weeks definitely builds up the numbers ;) I think this has worked out pretty well so we will revisit the track at some point again. You now need a sub 7:44 lap to get into the top ten :eek: Just one day left to post a time!

    I have been sliding and banging off track and was so frustrated that I almost gave up on beating my time. Then it all came together.
    This is by far my fastest time ever on this track.

    And, I was so cautious in the last section that it is possible, though not likely, that I can go faster.
