1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    I just had a crash on 1.0.2 on brands hatch in multiplayer, screen froze, had to close using taskmanager.
    I attached my logs. Hope it helps. (btw im on windows 10 version 1903, also I was using a lut voor the ffb,was using a singlescreen)

    Microshutters (or what ever they are called), similar to join lag in mp but smaller. I have vsync disabled (ofc!), 144Hz gsync monitor and that enabled. It has been really smooth before but this 1.0.2 introduced this very distracting behavior. Really noticeable ones happen at least 1-3 times per lap on Spa.

    I have just attended a MP session on the Barcelona track, after Qualifying i have been set to the race where i started in the grid 14 potion, i went in to the setup to change my fuel and tires and once I wanted to get ready for the race and click on Drive i noticed that the sound was not there anymore and the game has crashed.
    I use the 1.0.2 version

    CPU: I7 7700K@4.9GHz
    Motherboard: Asus Z170
    Memory: 16GB
    Video: Zotac Gaming RTX 2080Ti
    Nvidia Driver 430.86
    Storage: 500GB SSD | 500GB NVMe M.2 |
    Wheel/Rims: Fanatec DD1 with F1 2019 wheel and latest software
    Pedals: Fanatec V3
    Monitor Samsung CRG9 32:9
    Windows 10 1809

    why there is always someone who ask "MOUSE STEERING?", really is annoying, at this point you should know ppl also race with mouse steering and is as valid as having a wheel, not only that but who is good using mouse steering is as good as any other player who use wheel

    another update or something happened with my steam/game installation?
    Any way.. with 1.0.2 i couldn't finish a race. every time game freezed. 2 times i got a message for low memory. gave 16gb page file and maxed out HBCC and problem solved

    Build number and build version can be two different things.

    Steam doesn't list any version for me though, just "public beta -".

    Also just had a new update through Steam, was wondering if something was announced here. So far I haven't encountered issues with 1.0.2b.

    I changed the configversion to 0 in the setting.json file and opened the server and nothing changed. The new configuration parameters were not created.

    I don't think that's possible sorry, using this for throttle and brake without the computer doing most of the inputs for you is impossible.

    Sure people can use it but even a gamepad is a much better input device, KB and mouse needs to be available as that's all some people have. To say its a very good way of playing a racing sim is sadly not true.

    Also I have yet to see a real car being made with this instead of a wheel.

    It can be done but that's only if you use these inputs as suggestions, then let the AI do most of the driving to deal with the greatly limited amount of control possible due to the limits of that hardware.

    lot of small stutters/freezes no matter where or whatever conditions i drive since beta version 7.2.2 until as we speak!
    Playing on a LG OLED 55" 60hz so i play
    ACC in the 4k resolution at 60fps with
    V-sync on!

    My PC specs:
    Intel core i5 8600k CPU @ 3.60GHz
    RAM: Corsair DDR4 Vengeance 2 x 8GB
    GPU: Asus rog strix GTX 1080TI
    Asus prime Z 370a motherboard

    Also add it to my signature as requested by you!

    Appreciate you guys dive right in this issues straight away!

    G'day matey... Working hard on a Saturday I see... On my gaming SSD where ACC is I have 10 GB remaining and on my o/s SSD I have 60 GB remaining with a manually set 16 GB page-file. I hope that helps the cause ;)
