1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    That's interesting input, especially considering the ping I'm in a bad situation to really test and analyse this (sitting in EU).

    That's quite a dangerous thing, but I see that we need resilience. Could you please set all the sliders to 50, and just increase Latency to 100?
    I'd be interested if this makes the list different / better for you.

    Assuming there is a superb 70+ SA 29/30 server that is a perfect match for you, but has a ping of 151 ms - you really don't want to see it?

    It's a bit more complicated, sadly, but my thoughts go in that direction, yep. Sadly the server has to estimate pings, before it hands out a selection to the client - and then your client does the "real" latency test. Of course we can cut out what is hopelessly over the top, that's probably the way to go.

    @Minolin Of course in the case of there being a ping cutoff slider I could choose to set it a bit higher to ensure I'm not missing a great server. Even if there wasn't a filter but the high ping servers all end up buried at the bottom of the list that would still work. At the moment, especially without column filters an Aussie has to scroll through the full list trying to find a server that suits there needs.

    About the freezes.. HBCC on/off causes no issues but page file does. With 16gb all is good. With no page file i can't complete a 10min quick race. With 2gb i finished the race but the game froze when i pushed the replay button. ctrl+alt+del opened the task manager and it gave me a warning that my system is running low on memory

    OK, checked. Thanks. Created a LUD File, placed it with a from scratch created ff_post...blabla file in the Config directory, but going into a curve now, i have nearly no backpressure from my F1 (2.5 csv PS4) wheel...

    That is correct, the 6-hour endurance race mode requires 5 stops, so the driver stint changes accordingly.
