1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    I'm getting a little buzzing from turning the wheel when the car is stationary on my g27. And when you load the Quattro at nordschleife touristenfahrten the car is thrown forward about a foot for some reason. Other than that its a great update. Thanks Kunos!

    There was a thread or a post or something where people complained about the racy skins on the stock version of the car; check and see if the skin you liked is available for the step version and if so, copy and paste it into the base versions folder. (or go to RD and get my super awesome skin pack :))

    I agree, the ai is 1000% better. Racing is much more exciting now the car in your mirror is a threat.

    I love how the AC online players shot up like mad when the update came out. Good to see it back in the 2ks. I'd love to see 7k drivers like for the 10 minutes after the 1.0 release.

    I think that shows why they should do updates & bug fixes more often. The big updates like this one with extra content that need lots of testing etc, are very welcome, but pushing out smaller updates in between pushes up player numbers.

    This time of year the nights are long and the sun is shining though, I'm sat watching 1.2 download in my cycling gear about to go out....I'll play it later. Feedback from others sounds positive :)

    i'd like to know couple things when a dev can explain,

    what has changed on the gt tyres, it is like there is half of lateral grip than before.
    and secondly i was hoping the kerb of death was to be fixed

    exactly same feeling here. Much easier to loose the rear grip.

    Edit: I was sliding around when using my old setups but when I tried the new default actually everything is much better.

    AI is SUPER nice, this feels like a racing game now, not a hotlapping one. Cars I've used are also really nice (that toyata OMG)
    Only problem is it feels like my wheel is almost buzzing or grinding when I'm stationary and move it around (G27, I know someone said the same as me a bit up)
    Nice update overall.
