1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Took a bit to get a feel for this car, especially after driving the uber stiff 991 gt3s lately. After getting a good base setup together to get a bit more agility on turn in and weight transfer, this car is a beast! It doesn't seem to like soft tires, but I ran the mediums in for a few laps at 17psi and it got real grippy and the fun continued from there

    Spend more time messing around with the set up tonight than I did driving, all that for about a 10th of a second improvement on lasts night stock effort...more time driving, less time fettling me thinks is needed

    I'll always be Porsche-blooded but this is my favorite car to come out of Maranello. I know that's saying a lot but I'm a huge fan of imsa/wec/gt3 racing and Ferrari really jumped in with this car and blew everyone away with how well it performed and held up.

    I will never not be amazed when looking at that

    Race cars scare me. I can push a road car really hard almost to its limit, but race cars push me to mine, and I feel like the car think "hey that's all you got?".

    Having fun slinging this car around the track. Getting some oversteer, but I will blame my right foot (or finger as the case may be).
    Gonna play around with settings. I adjusted aero and lost all control. Spent more time digging out of the gravel than I did on the track. :mad:

    So, here's to bringing up the rear. :cool:

    Setup and laptime got a bit faster, driving style a little bit dirtier. But the car is more drivable now. Sometimes simple tricks do a lot: more downforce on the rear, slighly shorter sixth gear. Or maybe a yellow Ferrari is just faster than a black one. Still driving with soft tyres. Changed my post processing a bit, but i'm not happy with the colors ... think i'll return to my previous shader.

    I've not tried the softs yet, I just expected them melt TBH! I should get some laps today to play :)

    Downforce / aero is one area I would really like to understand about GT3, there are so many variables that can change the invisible force! I have been slowly lowering the ride height, and have also added a little more rear wing...

    Gear ratios also hurt my head, I have adjusted final drive to get sixth somewhere near at the end of the straight but that is it!

    There are at least 2 turns on the track in question that would / will benefit from some aero adjustments.

    Of course though, due to the long front straight, there are some concessions that need to be made, but depending on how the default setup is done, there could be some big improvements to come from adjusting those settings.
