1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    My ultimate dream would be tuning parts and everything that comes with it.....

    Cant wait for Forza 7, that and AC and my car library is wrapped up, definitely space for both on my Rig...

    Been a Forza player since Forza 2 coming from GT and it had me hooked with the pinnacle for me being Forza 4, always wanted that game on PC and now finally with Forza 7, my wishes have been answered.

    Yep AC with Forza content would be the ultimate dream....

    Wow thats really good news! Hmm now i will also be able to play with a wheel and not just controller.
    Next on the wishlist:

    Dash cam
    Full seat and fov adjustment
    Remove hands and wheel
    Full steering animation with hands

    The graphics looks weird in Forza because they dont use baked ambient occlusion. I dont know about Forza 7 but in Horizon 3 with all polycount and details cars still looks abit unnatural.

    I'm driving the Forza Apex for a dew days now.
    Omg, how BAD is the handling and the physics in this game, even the arcadish FH3 feels better!!
    All RWD oversteer as hell, you can't driving a car in this game without sliding on every damn corner.
    I'm so frustrated with how the cars handling in this game, and this make's me loose any hope in the next title because I'm sure it wont be too far away from FM6.
    Hopefully we'll get the demo. Don't want to waste my money on a game I won't play.

    Forzas audience doesnt care much for accurate handling models and simulations. As long as it's believable enough, it will sell like hot bread. They don't care about driving enthusiasts.

    Just tried it too.

    Like WTF FFB is disaster its beyond garbage.


    I like the graphics though.

    Only one I think looks bad in the GT3 race, rain looks way overdone and lighting off road after rain looks very unrealistic.

    Thank you Andrew god video. I thought it was slightly better than apex. The simulation steering is broken as usual.
    The tyres has the usual non progressive gripplevels. The multi USB devices works thou with 3 different inputs like I have ( G29, V3s and TH8).

    Video is not mine, I wouldn't even bother downloading demo after seeing this. A lot more issues reported on FM7 forum, graphics, stuttering, etc.

    the ffb isnt BAD. it just doesnt exist AT ALL. seriously, throw the car into a wild spin and let go of the wheel. nothing happens. its literally no different than using an old non-ffb wheel with springs in it.
